Hi, I'm Julie, and I am so glad you're here!


Helping people has always been at the center of who I am. Throughout my life and career, I've been drawn to roles where I could support others, listen deeply, and make challenging situations feel more manageable. Over time, I realized that one of the most powerful ways I could do that was through the home. 


Our homes hold our stories, our routines, and often our overwhelm. When spaces become cluttered or unmanageable, it can affect far more than just how a home looks—it can impact stress levels, decision-making, and even emotional well-being. I've seen firsthand how organizing and refining a space can create clarity, and a renewed sense of peace. 


For me, organizing isn't about perfection or getting rid of everything you own. It's about honoring where you've been, supporting where you are, and creating space for where you're going next. Whether I'm helping someone declutter, right-size, transition to a new home, or refine their space, I approach each project with compassion, patience, and respect. 


With a background rooted in customer service, management and sales, I bring a thoughtful, organized, and supportive approach to every client experience. I understand that change—especially in the home—can feel emotional and overwhelming, and my goal is always to make the process feel calm, empowering, and manageable.

    Never. My role is to guide and support, not pressure. You are always in control of decisions. I create a judgment-free space where choices are made thoughtfully and at your own pace.

    Absolutely. Refined Spaces by Julie offers thoughtful support to help prepare your home to show at its very best. Services may include decluttering, strategic organization, refined redesign, and guidance on how to highlight your home's strongest features-creating spaces that feel calm, open, and inviting to buyers.

  • Do you provide organizing products or supplies?

    If organizing products are needed, I'm happy to recommend or purchase them on your behalf. Any supplies are discussed and approved in advance and billed separately.

  • Can you work alongside movers, realtors, or other professionals?

    Yes. I often coordinate with movers, real estate professionals, estate sale companies, and senior living communities to ensure a seamless and well-managed experience.

  • Will the systems you create be easy to maintain?

    Yes. Every system is designed with real life in mind. I create simple, functional solutions that feel natural to use-not complicated or rigid. The goal is to support your daily routines and make maintaining your space feel effortless and sustainable.

  • What if I feel overwhelmed or emotional during the process?

    That's completely normal. This work is deeply personal, and I approach every project with empathy, patience, and respect. My goal is to make the process feel supportive, calm, and manageable.

  • Do you offer ongoing or maintenance services?

    Yes. Many clients choose periodic sessions to maintain their systems, refresh spaces, or receive continued support as life evolves.

  • Do you work with seniors and their families?

    Absolutely. I frequently work with seniors and adult children who want thoughtful, respectful support during downsizing, moving, or life transitions. I'm happy to collaborate with family members while always honoring the client's comfort and wishes.

  • Can your services be tailored to my schedule and level of involvement?

    Yes. Every engagement is customized to fit your schedule, preferences, and desired level of involvement. Some clients prefer to work alongside me, while others trust the process and step away. Both approaches are welcomed and respected, and we determine what works best for you. 

  • Do I need to be present during the sessions?

    Your presence is completely optional. Some clients enjoy working alongside me, while others prefer to step away and return to a beautifully refined space. We'll determine what feels most comfortable for you, and I'll always work in a respectful, thoughtful, and judgment-free manner.
