Julie Karnes is the founder of Home Refined by Julie and a professional organizer and home transition specialist based in Minnesota. Drawing on decades of experience in management, sales, and real estate, she helps clients right-size, declutter, and redesign their homes with calm, compassion, and a designer’s eye—so every space feels peaceful, functional, and truly yours.

We work with all types of residential and select business environments. This includes every area of the home-kitchens, pantries, closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, home offices, storage areas, garages, and basements--as well as small businesses, offices, studios, and professional workspaces.

How do your service packages work?
We offer thoughtfully curated hourly packages designed to provide flexibility and ease. Your purchased hours may be used for any of my services-including decluttering and organization, refined redesign, right-sizing solutions, graceful home transitions, and seamless move planning-or a combination of services based on your needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept credit and debit cards, ACH/bank transfers, and checks upon request. All payments are processed securely and documented with an invoice and receipt for your records.
